Oh, and what I loved about your story was that when you were alone and a bit creeped out, the one thing you saw was a deer. A Christ figure, you know. The antlers. Resurrection and rebirth. I find that part of the tale strangely comforting. Reassurance through an unlikely symbol. You were not alone. Providence. Forget Sufjan Stephens.
