From the Proprietor:
Evie is one of the most artistic people I know. After seeing one of her pieces at a Good Friday service at our church I commissioned her to create ten works for the album Behold the Lamb of God. She far exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were high. (We proudly display the ten pieces on our most prominent wall at the Warren.)
In addition to creating beautiful art and displaying it at shows in Nashville and around the Southeast, she’s an art teacher at a reputable private school in Nashville (picture Hogwarts with a southern accent).
A.S. Peterson has crafted a work of compelling historical fiction which begs the question, “Can this really be a debut novel?” With dogged fidelity, Peterson captures the spirit, manners, and social conditions present during the American Revolutionary War. We meet colorful, credible characters who navigate the high seas of life and love, dependence and independence, war and peace, truth and consequence, and despite forays into dark places, The Fiddler’s Gun is beautiful, lyrical, and redemptive.
