At 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 12th, join us at the Art House in Nashville where we’ll host C. Christopher Smith (coauthor of Slow Church) and discuss his new book, Reading for the Common Good: How Books Help Our Churches and Neighborhoods Flourish.
Many of you are already reading Slow Church as part of our Rabbit Room reading group, and this is a great opportunity to come out and discuss that book with its authors. Chris will also be joined by coauthor, John Pattison. We look forward to sharing an intimate evening of conversation with both of them.
We ask that each person in attendance (or each family or couple)
purchase a copy of the new book as admission. Books are available in the Rabbit Room Store and will be available at the event itself.
Seating is limited. Please RSVP to info@rabbitroom.com if you plan to attend and we’ll save you a spot. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Whether you’ve read these books or are merely interested in the topics, this promises to be a great evening of discussion and fellowship. We look forward to seeing you there.
